Please note that your appointment can take up to 3 hours. We ask that you give yourself enough time on the day and avoid scheduling anything immediately after your visit.

To ensure every client receives the full Serenity experience in a calm and focused environment, we kindly ask that you attend your appointment alone.
Unfortunately due to limited space, we are unable to accommodate plus ones or children during appointments. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
